Recruitment procedure: 1. Please indicate clearly the position you apply and your contact number in your resume.
2. Resumes will be sorted by human resource department first, and then send to relevant department supervisor.
3. It will take one or two weeks to determine whether recruit you or not.
4. It will take another one or two weeks to send recruitment notice to the candidate.
5. If you do not receive our interview invitation in two weeks after you sent your resume to us, which means there is no vacancy suitable for you, but your information will be filed into our database, in case of suitable vacancy for you, we will contact you immediately. Notes for interview
1. When you get the call which informs you the interview invitation, please ask for the position, contact person, phone number and the specific interview time.
2. If you can not come for the interview, please inform us via call or email so that leave a good impression to us.
3. If you are a freshman in the society, we suggest you to take relevant files with you when you come, such as research report, so that let the interviewer have a better understanding of you.
4. Please come for the interview on time with suitable clothing and polite bearing, it is unnecessary to be much earlier.
Interview procedure: call the operator to connect the human resource department with you→fill relevant tables→professional test→english test→supervisor interview→talk with human resource department( totally takes 2 or 3 hours, please schedule your time properly)
